ACCESS CONTROL WITH SMARTPHONE AND TABLET
It allows to supervise accesses to social events (dinners, conferences, etc) and restricted courses. This system is based on an iPhone/iPad and a mini-optical sensor.
To select a name, the person in charge can fastly scan the id code or search the name in the database.
How does it work?
If the partecipant is registered to the event, the system allows to memorize the effective attendance. Partecipant’s data, event registratione and attendance can be seen and notes can be seen.
If the partecipant is not registered, the system doesn’t assign the attendance.
On a server in the secretary office data can be modified and all the connected devices will be updated instantly. A real time report about attendance is available.
